Jamie L. Hazlett grew up in the Rogue Valley, where her family has been established for over 50 years. She attended Westmont College, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, cum laude in 2003. In 2007, Ms. Hazlett graduated with her J.D. from University of San Diego School of Law. She returned to Oregon and was admitted to practice in 2007. After two years at the Medford firm, Grantland, Blodgett, Shaw & Abel, LLP, Ms. Hazlett believed that she could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues by starting her own practice.

In 2009, Ms. Hazlett opened her practice, and after 11 successful years, in 2020 she partnered with Maryanne Pitcher to open RISE Law Group, Inc. Her practice has allowed Ms. Hazlett to fully realize her passion for helping people at all levels of litigation in a zealous and attentive manner. Jamie specializes in family law, and criminal defense.

Jamie Hazlett is an active member of the Oregon State Bar, former President of the Jackson County Bar Association, former President of Rogue Women Lawyers, former Treasurer of the Oregon New Lawyers Division, and a former member of the ONLD Executive Committee.
